Leavin' On A Jet Plan

Greetings from LA! We made it in last night after a rocky start to our trip. God has been very gracious to us though. Our flight was delayed leaving Springfield, so we had 25 minutes from the time the plane landed in Denver to get across the airport and board our connecting flight to LA. We made it but our luggage didn't. We were able to get our luggage today at LAX and everything is in tact, so like we said - God has richly blessed us.

Please continue to pray for our health, our luggage, our remaining flights, and of course Miss Maya and her transition time. We fly out of LA tonight to Thailand, then take a connecting flight to Kathmandu.

We would like to thank everyone for the calls, well wishes, coming to airport to see us off, and most importantly for your prayers. We are so truly blessed.

When we post again, we'll be in Kathmandu! :)

  3. Great to hear that the trip is going well so far. It's those foreign countries that have me worried.
Save your ticket stubs, brochures, etc, so you can start a scrap book for Maya, and she can see how her journey began. I'm available to help with that if you want. Hugs-Hugs
